What services do you specialise in?

We focus on providing excellent service! That is our main focus. It is important to us to work as a partner rather than a traditional supplier/vendor. The areas that we services are Managed Service Provider (support, maintenance, cyber sec), vCIO and tech strategy consulting, software development, data governance and analysis, and enterprise integrations.

What type of software development projects do you do?

We take on software development projects which are best suited to our teams capabilities. This ranges from the mobile applications, eCommerce stores, enterprise integrations, data warehousing, data governance, AI development.... and the list goes on. So there is not much we don't do.

Do you offshore any of your services?

No. All of our staff are australian based. If you pick up the phone and ring our support team or we ring you, it will be from our local Australian offices. This includes our software developers. We experimented with offshore development in the past, however we reverted to bringing all services back into Australia.

Do you provide Cyber Security Services?

Yes we do. Cyber security is a key pillar in us delivery an excellent service. We have delivered Cyber security strategies, cyber sec roadmaps, risk based gap analysis, information security management programs, proactive monitoring of cyber security systems and tools. We also code with cyber security at the forefront of our development lifecycle.

Do you only work in a 100% outsourced model?

We can work in 100% outsourced model, with internal technology teams, or we can work in bespoke project engagements.

Will you be onsite when we need you?

Yes, we try to use remote support where we can, however sometimes it is much easier for us to be onsite to speak with you face to face. This is why we do attend site frequently whether it's for regular scheduled support, or for peer coding with internal dev resources, being onsite helps us deliver a great service.
